Itineraries and boats can change at short notice and your final itinerary will be confirmed upon arrival in Luxor. Cruise boats are often moored alongside one another restricting views from some cabins. Domestic flight tickets for the optional Abu Simbel excursion are issued locally. Demand is high and timings cannot be given in advance or guaranteed.

Day 1
Gatwick or Manchester/Luxor: Morning Monarch flight and transfer on arrival to the MS Papyrus or MS Magic, (D)
Day 2
Luxor/Esna: Morning optional excursion to the East Bank. Afternoon sail to Esna and overnight. (B, L, D)
Day 3
Esna/Edfu/Kom Ombo/Aswan: Sail to Edfu. Later sail to Kom Ombo before proceeding to Aswan and overnight. (B, L, D)
Day 4
Aswan: Optional morning excursion around Aswan and environs, Afternoon optional motorboat trip on the Nile. Overnight Aswan.
Day 5
Aswan/Kom Ombo: An early morning opportunity to fly to Abu Simbel. In the afternoon sail back to Kom Ombo and overnight. (B, L, D)

Kom Ombo/Esna/Luxor: Sail to Esna then onwards to Luxor and overnight.
Day 7
Luxor: Morning optional excursion to the West Bank. Afternoon at leisure. (B, L, D)
