Yoga takes you deep into the
innermost recesses of the mind where the self or the real person resides,
camouflaged by the forever flippant mind.
Yoga, literally means Union.
An ancient Indian discipline, Yoga seeks to unite the individual soul
(Jivatman) with the

Universal
soul or God (Paramatam) through rigorous mental and physical efforts.
The aim of Yoga is to enable the Yogi to transcend sense-perceived,
temporary appearances, unrealities and attain a vision and an experience of
the super-sensuous Divine Reality. The Challenge lies in transforming the
inert (Tamasic) body to the level of vibrant (Rajasic) mind and then body
and mind to be one with the serenity of the Self or Soul.
The Yoga,
with the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the
soul, creates the symphony of life.
Whether regarded as a performing
art (Kala) or a science (Shastra), Yoga provides the finest system of
education, for it brings out the best in a person. Only with Yoga, does
emancipation (Moksha) seem so close...
