India is the first Asian country to offer Heli Skiing facilities. Heli skiers are dropped at the top of a mountain or ridge by a helicopter saving them the arduous task of climbing up. It requires experience and careful prior study of physical features, cornices, crecasses, wind direction and potential avalanche hazard areas.

The beautiful Himalayan ranges of Kashmir is a good place for Heli Skiing.
